Settling in

Prior to the official start of work in India, the OHI team in had a bit of time during the weekend to aclimatise to the heat (45 degrees during the day!) by doing a few visits in and around Ahmedabad, as well as by visiting the U. N. Mehta Institute for Cardiology.

The visits included:

At the Gandhi ashram, they came across this quote, which they thought was quite fitting to the work being done by OHI:
