The main event at King Faisal Hospital this afternoon was a helicopter medical evacuation – delivering a patient here.

As the noise of the helicopter approaching grew louder, everyone started moving to the back of the hospital (where the landing pad is) to witness an enormous Mi-17 arriving. Hospital staff, patients and most of the local population all gathered to see what the fuss was all about.
