teamwork

The OHI team have been back home for over two weeks now. How we miss our great friends back in Myanmar! I want to say on behalf of the team thank you to the Myanmar staff for your hospitality and making our visit to Myanmar a great success. Without your commitment to learn, and your desire to improve your cardiac services our time would be wasted.

To the OHI team, thank you for your commitment and contribution to Myanmar. We had a great team, who blended well, worked hard! Nothing is a success without a good team thank you for all making this visit a great success full of good memories and fun times.

Thankyou also to our donors and the medical companies that donate much needed funds and medical stock. Without your support we could not afford to provide the service we do. I would like to say a big thankyou to St Jude Medical for not only donating equipment but also providing a pacemaker technician to support the team in Mandalay.

Finally, I would also like to acknowledge Mosman Rotary who have supported this project for over ten years and Blair Leslie from Travel Specialists Mosman for organising all our travel arrangements and Visas.

Some of you may be interested in the statistics of the teams achievements across the four hospitals we worked in this trip:
