ICU Setup Home » Tales from the field » ICU Setup Posted on 14 May, 2013 This post is by Steve Woods, Rwanda Team Blogger. With almost the full team now in Kigali, it is action stations this Friday. Three patients on the list for surgery today, and lots to sort, organise and arrange in ICU to prepare for their post-surgical care. As a number of the team have just met, there are lots of introductions, for both the OHI crew and the local King Faisal Hospital (KFH) staff, and confirmation of how things will run, where stock will be kept etc etc. An amazing logistical effort!
